The receipt of an email confirmation by dinnerwaredepot.com does not constitute the acceptance of an order or as a confirmation of an offer to sell. Dinnerware Depot reserves the right, without prior notification, to limit the order quantity on any item and/or cancel an order for any reason. In order to protect the interest of our customers all orders placed for over $5,000.00 must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our Commercial Department. Additional verification of information may be required prior to acceptance of any order.
