The precision hollow ground blade produces an extremely durable and sharp edge that is still pliable enough to sharpen with a steel. The handle style is the traditional full tang triple rivet design. In this design the tang, or metal in the handle, is left exposed, as are the posts or rivets used to provide structure to the handle. The material used to construct the handle is a special polymer called POM (Plastic on Metal). The material is far more expensive then found in most competitive products and is far more durable offering you years of trouble free service.
